Álex Galán is a filmmaker and expedition guide born in the mountains of Asturias, north
of Spain. His works focus on the exploration of human nature through a border style between documentary and fiction. His first feature film, 'Savages' managed to place itself in the top 10 of the most viewed Spanish documentaries in theaters with a story of conflict between shepherds and wolves in the Spain mountains.
Two years later with 'Il Mulín' he received a mention in the FICX for his way of approaching self-government from the family and the neighborhood. Now, with 'Territory' he closes a trilogy about territory, this time focused on isolation and lost origins.
